I decided I might need one of these. Whatever

The world is much scarier than I thought it was in high school. Things never make sense the way they did in high school. Everything you might think has an end, an answer, a beginning or a purpose really doesn't. So much is in progress.

I'm basically trying to be the opposite of Jose Arredondo. He tries to lift people's spirit with idealistic bullshit, and I try to kill their spirits with over pessimistic mumbo jumbo. Ask me for some, I'll dish it out because you're really worth the time. No, seriously, you're worth anybody's time. Anybody on the planet would be delighted to talk to you. Sure.

Well, you mutha-fuckas, girlfriends are harder to come by than you'd imagine. Mostly, this is because I have high standards because I'm an asshole. Sarah is gone. I'm pretty sure she died or something. I'm gone, I'm pretty sure I died or something. The world is shitty and so is this website. I bet you're shitty too, but you'd like to think everything is fine. What a liar you are.

The girlfriend who, despite my best efforts, defined me, has dumped me for one month today. Things are very strange between us. Sometimes she's great and better than she was when we were together, and sometimes she tries so hard to be "just my friend" that she becomes disconnected. I'm learning things from this situation, but I just wish she'd figure out what the fuck she wants and quits ripping me apart.

Well, "I Hate You, Oh I Hate You" got its second place in a book of poetry a few weeks ago. That was fan-fucking-tastic. I'm taking a test today and I hope to move up a belt at my dojo. I'm currently white belt, but who knows. School is starting soon. That should suck, but I don't really care. Everybody is telling me how I should feel about Abby and nobody is actually asking. They all suck anyhow. Got new shoes, didn't want them. I'm thinking of giving them away. It reminds me of the story where Ghandi throws his shoe off a train after losing the first so the person who finds them can have a pair. I hope my choice of poetry reflects my relative mood. Speaking of which, my dad is moving from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Bakersfield, California, where I live. Well, this should be interesting. My dad moving home. It should be VERY interesting.
